Minted is a refreshing take on the classic Matchbox Penetration.
You show a pack of Polo or Lifesavers and then proceed to push a needle and thread through the the side of the packet. You then thread the needle down through the tube of the polos/lifesavers which is not very magical as polos/lifesavers are the mint/candy with a hole. Here comes the kicker, you then reveal that there aren’t any polos/lifesavers within the wrapper but in place is a solid brass block which is fully examinable.
Minted was the hit of the 2022 Blackpool Magic convention.
